What if it rains during my Paris photoshoot?
The city’s famously unpredictable weather can shift within hours. Here’s how we ensure your photo session stays exceptional in any conditions:
Weather Flexibility Plan
If rain is expected, we’ll strive to accommodate you by adjusting your shoot time or recommending alternate iconic locations that shine in any weather.
Rescheduling is limited during peak seasons and holidays.
Your original photographer in Paris may not be available on alternate dates.
Last-minute changes may incur an additional fee as your reserved time slot is exclusively held for you.

How many images are included in my Paris photo session?
Each photography package includes a set number of professionally edited (Classic Edit) high-resolution photos:
– 30-minute mini session: 10 images
– 1-hour session: 20 images
– 2-hour session: 45 images
– 3-hour session: 70 images
– 4-hour session: 100 images
– Additional hours: 25 extra images per hour
Want more photos? You have options:
Get all the unedited pictures from your session for €100/hour (capped at €300)
Add more edited photos for €5 each.
When will I receive my photos?
You’ll receive your online gallery of unedited photos within 24 hours. After choosing your favorites, we’ll deliver professionally edited, high-resolution images within 14 business days. Express editing is available for an additional fee.
What is your cancellation policy?
Flexible Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. From flight disruptions and visa issues to health concerns and schedule conflicts, we’ve helped many couples navigate unexpected changes. That’s why we offer one of Paris’s most flexible booking policies.
Cancellation Terms:
More than 10 Days Before Your Session:
– Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee to cover processing costs
– Cancellation must be submitted in writing
Within 10 Days of Your Session:
– Your deposit becomes a non-refundable retainer
– This applies to cancellations and no-shows
– We’ll work with you to reschedule when possible
Our Commitment to You:
All cancellations submitted via email will receive a non-transferable credit valid for one year
Credit can be applied to any future Paris session
We’ll assist in rescheduling based on availability
This policy applies to all Paris photo and video sessions except weddings and proposals. Please review these terms before booking or contact us with any questions.
What are my photo rights, and what’s your usage policy?
Your photos include a print release for unlimited personal use (print, share, create albums, etc.). We retain copyright, but you can use the images for all non-commercial purposes. Privacy upgrades and NDAs are available. Contact us for commercial licensing details.
I had a great time. Should I tip my Paris photographer?
Tips are always welcome after your shoot (cash, PayPal, Venmo). They are optional but appreciated. After your session, we’ll invite you to share your experience by leaving an online review.
