Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 25, 2025

These Terms, together with your signed contract or proposal, form the agreement between you, the Client, and Kiss Me in Paris SARL (KMIP). French law governs this agreement, and any dispute will be resolved in Paris courts.

KMIP provides portrait and event photography services in Paris and internationally, including proposals, engagements, weddings, and special events.

To book our services, you must sign the contract and pay a 50 percent deposit. This secures your date. The remaining balance is due by your shoot date. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. All fees are in euros.

If you cancel more than 10 business days before your shoot, you will receive a full refund minus a 10 percent administrative fee. Cancelling 10 business days or fewer before your shoot means your deposit is non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the deposit. You may request to reschedule in writing; rescheduling is subject to our availability and does not alter the original cancellation terms.

We deliver edited high-resolution digital files via a secure online gallery. You may use the images for personal purposes such as printing or personal social media. Commercial use requires a separate license. The photographer retains copyright. With your written permission, we may feature selected images in our portfolio and marketing materials.

KMIP performs services with professional care. You agree to provide accurate information, respond promptly to communications, and follow the payment schedule. We may recommend third-party vendors, but we are not responsible for their services.

We photograph anyone under 18 only with written parental consent, and a parent or guardian must be present during the shoot.

KMIP’s liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected services. We are not liable for events beyond our control, such as weather, strikes, travel delays, or illness.
