A self-taught artist, Scander’s journey into portrait photography began in 2015 at a summer camp in Tsunan, Japan. Working with kids—where clear communication and patience are essential—was his most honest teacher.

Back in his hometown of Paris, he embraced the city’s fashion scene, exploring a range of photography styles, including street, fashion, runway, rap, boudoir, and weddings. With his intimate knowledge of every nook and cranny in the City of Light, Scander is the ideal guide when you desire both iconic landmarks and hidden gems.

It’s incredible to think that Scander was once shy. His passion for photographing relative strangers pushed him out of his shell, transforming him into a confident, outgoing partner in crime.
