Consult

We typically begin with an engaging (often virtual) consultation to understand your style preferences and the unique elements you desire for your album. Then, we’ll provide an overview, highlighting our world-class bookbinders, various sizes, orientations, materials, and color options. You’ll receive clear information about production timeframes, pricing, and possibilities for parent albums and complementary products.

Select

Next, select your favorite images through your private, secure online gallery. Alternatively, we can recommend photos that best tell your event’s story. We love to begin albums with impact—featuring a stunning signature photo—before showcasing your celebration chronologically. We aim for approximately 2 to 2.5 images per page, utilizing generous white space to ensure each photo commands attention. Our editors will perfect all pictures in your album, creating a harmonious balance of color and exposure.

Design

We’ll present the first design draft of your album, incorporating your preferences such as custom embossing, engraving, page and mat colors, an elegant cover motif, a translucent title page, and much more. Inspired by our initial consultation, this design aims to align closely with your vision. This stage allows you to share feedback and request refinements so everything appears exactly as you envision.

Approve

We will deliver a second (complimentary) draft, incorporating any adjustments requested from the previous review. Typically, all that’s needed is your final approval, allowing your album to move directly to production. We are here to assist you should you desire additional modifications. (Please note that further revision rounds will incur a charge.)

Produce

Your involvement isn’t necessary during the production phase, but this is precisely where the magic happens. Your selected photographs are printed in state-of-the-art photo labs, guaranteeing superior image quality and longevity. Our expert bookbinders will mount your images according to your approved design layout and hand-bind your album using traditional artisanal techniques. A final, thorough quality inspection occurs before carefully packaging the book for secure delivery.
