Meet CENGIZ

Cengiz, the heart and soul behind Kiss Me in Paris Photographer, is a proud dad, devoted pet parent, and an optimist with a passion for meeting new people. He treats couple sessions as a chance to laugh, celebrate and leave the daily rush behind; leans on nearly two decades of experience to make wedding days flow smoothly; turns solo shoots into friendly city strolls, hunting down flattering angles; and approaches family sessions—especially with little ones—with extra patience, playful prompts and a habit of taking a few extra frames to catch those smiles. His energy is infectious, and his eye for detail ensures you’ll look and feel your best while having genuine fun.

A little insider tip: Cengiz has a soft spot for Patrick Roger’s candied oranges in dark chocolate. You might want to plan a few extra minutes after your session.

When he’s not behind the camera, you might find Cengiz cheering on the Lakers, enjoying wood-oven pizza, playing with his beloved dog Brownie, or sharing a good Bordeaux with his wife. He’s proud to have been called the best destination wedding photographer in the world and, even more importantly, the best dad by his daughter, London.

Cengiz’s path to photography is unique. After earning an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and spending five years on Wall Street, he followed his true passion: photographing people and events.

I had the pleasure of working with Cengiz for my Eiffel Tower proposal a few weeks ago, and the experience was incredible. I wanted a simple, public proposal by the Seine during blue hour, and he knew exactly how to make it happen. Even though we hadn’t met beforehand, I sent him a photo of what we were wearing and shared my location. When we arrived at the busy riverbank, I was a bit anxious about finding him—but he and his team were easy to spot and completely discreet. With just a quick wink from Cengiz, I knew everything was set. The photos turned out amazing. He’s a true creative and an absolute pleasure to work with.
