A full-service planner manages every aspect of your marriage proposal from start to finish. Here’s what she does:

• Initial Planning: She starts by getting to know you, your partner, your relationship, and your budget. Then, she assists in refining and bringing your vision to life for a dream engagement.
• Vendor & Venue Management: She recommends and books world-class vendors—floral designers, photographers, filmmakers, master musicians, and other performers—and secures a venue that matches your style and budget. Whether it’s a rooftop, yacht, or chateau, she ensures the location fits your concept, is available on your date, and handles all necessary contracts.
• Logistics: She manages every logistical detail, from luxury transportation and scavenger hunts to decorating hotel suites, making dinner reservations, delivering personalized notes and gifts, and more.
• Design & Decor: She oversees the entire aesthetic, ensuring that the color scheme, decorations, and other mood-enhancing elements combine to create a stunning ambiance.
• Timeline Creation: She creates a detailed timeline and production schedule and shares it with key vendors to keep everyone and the event on track.
• Day-Of Coordination: On the day of your proposal, she oversees every detail and ensures stress-free handling of last-minute challenges.

Our pricing structure is simple. For full-service planning, our minimum fee is €1,000, and we charge 15% of the total budget under management. When you only need a coordinator, the cost is €450.
