We take a straightforward approach to schedule changes, understanding that travel plans often need adjusting. Here’s what you need to know:

Early Changes (More than 10 Days Before Your Session)

• 90% of your payment is refundable, with a 10% administrative fee retained
• Simply notify us in writing to receive your refund

Last-Minute Changes (Within 10 Days of Your Session)

• Your initial payment becomes a non-refundable retainer
• This applies to cancellations and missed sessions
• We’ll help you find alternative dates for your Paris photography experience.

Making It Right 

If you cannot attend your private photo session (and you notified us in writing), we’ll convert your payment into a credit valid for one year, allowing you to reschedule at a better time.

Booking Your Session

A 50% retainer is required at booking to secure your date and photographer. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) for your convenience.

Final Payment

The remaining balance is due no later than your session date.
